Cursillo (3-day) work
The Purpose of the Cursillo Section:
1.
Set the standards for the team. (Selection of the team.)
2.
Preside over the team formation and preparation of the team members.
3.
Handle logistics for the 3-day cursillo weekends.
4. Solicit and collect palanca for the 3-day weekend and all facets of the movement.
5.
The strategy of the cursillo is to move candidates from the pre-cursillo to the
post-Cursillo.
6.
The cursillo section should have a progressive study plan focusing on;
a)
Understanding of the purpose of the 3-days,
b)
Providing all the necessary Literature.

Post-cursillo
work
The Purpose of the Post-Cursillo section:
1.
Post-Cursillo is responsible for helping to form friendship groups and Ultreyas.
2.
Assures the Ultreyas are authentic & meaningful.
3.
Assures the Ultreyas are providing for the spiritual formation of its members. (Mass, retreats, etc.)
4. The strategy of the post-cursillo is to foster the continuation of the movement through the care and attention given to the groups and Ultreyas.
5.
The post cursillo section should have a progressive study plan for;
a)
The purpose and strategy of the post-cursillo,
b)
The education of cursillistas in the Ultreyas and S.O.L.,
c)
Studies related to the nurturing and retention of cursillistas.

Pre-cursillo
work
The Purpose of the Pre-Cursillo section:
1.
Study and identify environments to evangelize.
2.
Search out, select and prepare candidates to experience the cursillo method, with a
view towards the effective evangelization.
3.
The strategy of the pre-cursillo should be to direct people toward the cursillo and
post-cursillo.
4.
The pre-cursillo section should have a progressive study plan for;
a)
Understanding the purpose and strategy of the movement,
b)
Understanding the selection of environments,
c)
Identifying key people in those environments,
d)
Preparation of individuals for the 3-days and the post-cursillo.
