Work of the Sections (Students and leaders break into 3 groups - Precursillo, Cursillo, and Postcursillo- in subsequent meetings students should change groups unless the work of a particular group is being emphasized during a particular week).

Precursillo:

1st A progressive study of the purpose and strategy of the movement. Review and study appropriate sections of "Fundamental Ideas"; "Leaders Manual"; "Questions & Problems"; and other Cursillo literature as may be appropriate.

2nd Form a deeper understanding of selecting "Environments"; selecting "Key persons" in the environment; and preparation of these key people.

3rd Make plans to actualize these concepts in the diocese.

Cursillo:

1st Understand the purpose of the three days.

2nd Set standards for the team members, establish selection criteria and methods the school could employ.

3rd Prepare for team formation and handle the logistics for the weekend.

4th Solicit and collect Palanca for the weekend and the movement.

Postcursillo:

1st Learn and understand the purpose of the postcursillo (then educate the others in the Ultreya and group reunions).

2nd Plan for establishing new groups.

3rd Help with the planning and production of the Ultreya.

4th Plan for the spiritual formation of the cursillistas i.e. Retreats, Days of recollection, Grand ultreyas, and Adoration.
