Participants and leaders break into 3 groups

  1. Precursillo,
  2. Cursillo,
  3. Postcursillo.

Participants may change groups unless the work of a particular group is being emphasized during a particular week.

Precursillo:

1st A progressive study of the purpose and strategy of the movement. Review and study the section of "The Elements of the Group Reunion"; "The Fundamental Ideas of the Cursillo Movement (Sections 473-485).

 

 

2nd Discuss methods to assist and involve candidates and new Cursillistas in being comfortable in sharing in a:
    1. Friendship Group Reunions, and
    2. Ultreya Group Reunions.

 

 

3rd Form a deeper understanding of the role of Ultreya in bringing new Cursillistas into community.

 

Post Cursillo – Purpose and Overview

Work of the Sections

Cursillo:

1st Discuss the role of the team members in fostering Christian friendships among candidates and team members:
    1. on the Cursillo weekend,
    2. in Friendship Group Reunions,
    3. In Ultreyas.

 

 

2nd Discuss the importance and role of team members displaying a true and authentic Christian Lifestyle on Cursillo weekends.

 

 

3rd Discuss the message of the "Cursillista Beyond the Cursillo" talk.

Postcursillo:

1st Critique the "Developing Christian Community within our Environments" talk. (3-Day Manual pages 157 -- 175)

 

 

2nd Discuss how to continue to educate the others in the Ultreyas and School of Leaders about the Post-Cursillo role.

 

 

3rd Discuss methods, activities and plans promoting spiritual formation through:
    1. days of recollection,

      2.  

    2. retreats,

      3.  

    3. Diocesan Ultreyas
